Established in 2020, ChukStar is a small, family-owned operation producing quality leather goods for hardworking people.

We design, test, and manufacture our products in the United States. Our materials and supplies are sourced through specialty vendors, primarily within the United States, as availability allows.

We believe in supporting American workers, creating practical products, and building a brand rooted in real work, real comfort, and honest customer service.

ChukBand™ was born from the sweat of our brows — literally.

With more than 30 years of construction industry experience behind the product, we understand what a long day in a hard hat feels like. That firsthand experience guides the design, testing, and improvement of every item we make.

Our goal is simple: make hard hat headgear more comfortable for the people who wear it every day.

Our Signature Line of ChukBand™ hard hat headgear accessories begins with carefully selected leather chosen for comfort, durability, appearance, and everyday wear.

Each design is cut, assembled, hand finished, and paired with quality fastening hardware and specialty padding. Every unit is inspected before packaging to help ensure that each ChukBand™ meets our standards before it leaves our workshop.
